Since January 30. many of us have had a daily practice of increasing our awareness of nonviolence and expressing it in our lives. Beginning on the death anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi, the Season for Nonviolence comes to an end on the death anniversary of Martin Luther King, April 4.
At the Center for Spiritual Living, our regular Wednesday evening service on April 5 celebrates this time of heightened awareness of the power and importance of nonviolence. Young people will share their insights on nonviolent practices and how their lives are transformed by open-hearted experiences.
Please plan to join in this celebration and commitment to being a nonviolent presence in the world, responding with love at all times and in all places. The service begins at 7 pm n Wednesday, April 5, at the Center for Spiritual Living, Santa Rosa. All are welcome.
