Kirtan Mass by Dr. Edward Viljoen and Christopher Fritzsche, Wednesday, July 31, 7 pm

Music has a way of bringing together heart, mind, and soul.  This Wednesday, you are invited to experience  affirmative prayer, expressed in music.  Composed by Dr. Edward and Christopher Fritzsche, the Kirtan Mass includes movements on each step of Affirmative Prayer (Spiritual Mind Treatment): Recognizing Divinity, Affirming our oneness, Knowing our good, Celebrating how It works, Releasing our word into Divine action. A kirtan is a call-and-response style song or chant, set to music .   A mass is a musical setting of parts of the liturgy (of the Christian faith.)    We put the two together along with our Science of Mind teaching to create something unique, special, and new; an hour of devotional, musical, meditation based on affirmative prayer. This special music is an opportunity to deepen your connection with the sacred. It begins at 7 pm in the sanctuary. All are welcome. Photo by M adeleine Ragsdale on Unsplash

Come find out on Wednesday and know that your support, more than $30,000 contributed on behalf of our 2019 team, makes life with AIDS more livable and a cure closer to reality.
