"What did Jesus really say?" Wednesday evening service, August 17, 7 pm

The founder of Science of Mind, Ernest Holmes, pointed to Jesus of Nazareth as a master teacher and as the great example.  In the reading for this Wednesday evening's service, page 427, pararaphs 1-4, Holmes points out that Jesus discerned spiritual truth.  In Holmes's view, much that Jesus had to say is at the heart of our faith tradition. At this Wednesday's evening service, Rev. Joyce Duffala reflects on the introductory paragraphs to Holmes's writings on the teachings of Jesus.  All are welcome to the service as well as the informal conversation and light snacks that follow.
