We're Back - October brings us Wednesday Evening Services again.

 In-person, and at the Center!  Wednesday, October 5 was a joyous reunion of our congregation.  Thank you to all who showed up and welcome to all who plan to join us. We launched our Wednesday Evening Service in-person with guided music meditation provided by Rev. Russ Legear, a message from Dr. Edward, and spiritual practice. Dr. Edward presented the five core spiritual practices taught at our Centers as an introduction to our month long investigation into Circulation.  He likened the five practices (Spiritual Mind Treatment, Meditation, Selfless Service, Spiritual Study, and Circulation) to five pieces of a pizza, each with its own fillings.  Then he dove into the practice of giving, illustrating how a small shift can yield huge results.  He said that circulation and abundance is about the experience of life as being full of love, compassion, sharing, loving-kindness, mutuality, and more. Black History Month - Wednesdays in February 2022

  We've Been to the Mountaintop, We're Here, and We're Mighty Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed, citizens can change the world.  Indeed, it is the only thing that ever has. Margaret Mead For the past several years, Celeste Austin, Lawrence Edwards, Calvin Johnson, and Olivia Kinsler have shared their insights on the wisdom and experience of African-Americans in this country. This year they dive deeply into what has and continues to support them in being present and mighty, with love.
