We're Back - October brings us Wednesday Evening Services again.

In-person, and at the Center!  Wednesday, October 5 was a joyous reunion of our congregation.  Thank you to all who showed up and welcome to all who plan to join us.

We launched our Wednesday Evening Service in-person with guided music meditation provided by Rev. Russ Legear, a message from Dr. Edward, and spiritual practice.

Dr. Edward presented the five core spiritual practices taught at our Centers as an introduction to our month long investigation into Circulation.  He likened the five practices (Spiritual Mind Treatment, Meditation, Selfless Service, Spiritual Study, and Circulation) to five pieces of a pizza, each with its own fillings.  Then he dove into the practice of giving, illustrating how a small shift can yield huge results.  He said that circulation and abundance is about the experience of life as being full of love, compassion, sharing, loving-kindness, mutuality, and more.

We hope you will join us next week when Christopher Fritzsche will provide the instrumental meditation music and Rev. Russ will delve into the next part of the circulation puzzle.

"Oneness" - Wednesday Evening Service with Rev. Russ

#1 - Oneness Spirit (whatever we choose to call the infinite “something”) is the source of all that is, and Spirit is all that is. Everything is made of Spirit and is a unique expression of The Infinite. What is Oneness? We hear this word quite a bit at the Center, but what does it really mean, and how is it useful in my life?  These are just some of the questions we will answer in tonight's Wednesday Evening Service as we embark upon our journey exploring the ten core concepts of the Science of Mind and Spirit. Join us at 7pm for music, freshly baked bread and tea, and an inviting community where we will learn all about Oneness.  See you soon! -Russ

"Spirit Is An Artist" - Wednesday Evening Service with Rev. Russ

Every breath we take, every new friend we make; the tallest snowy mountaintop to the darkest depths of the sea--all is an act of creation. In fact, because Spirit is all there is, that means that we, too, are endlessly creating. Whether we know it or not.  In tonight's Wednesday Evening Service, we continue our exploration of the Ten Core Concepts of the Science of Mind and Spirit with the third--the creative nature of Spirit. We'll share in spiritual exercises designed to grow your awareness of your creative nature so you can tap into it to paint the life of your dreams. And all will be wrapped in an atmosphere of music, freshly baked bread, and loving community.  See you soon! -Russ

"Living On a Prayer" - Wednesday Evening Service with Rev. Russ

Whether he knew it or not, Bon Jovi was affirming a powerful prayer in his iconic song, "Living On a Prayer." One of the lyrics goes like this: We've got to hold on to what we've got Cause it doesn't make a difference If we make it or not We've got each other and that's a lot For love - well give it a shot   Whooah, we're half way there Livin on a prayer Take my hand and we'll make it - I swear Livin on a prayer Tonight in our continuing series exploring the ten core concepts of the Science of Mind and Spirit, we will explore prayer--known as Spiritual Mind Treatment in the Science of Mind--and how we can use it to shift our mind from a focus on all that appears wrong, toward a focus on life that is rooted in compassion, love, and possibility.  See at the Center at 7pm! -Russ
