"Getting to Know Our Muslim Neighbors", Aisha Morgan, 7 pm, Wednesday, September 6, IN ROOM 10

Islam is a religion followed by a quarter of the world’s population yet often misunderstood. Aisha Morgan has studied and practiced Islam for 16 years and is a volunteer speaker to student and adult audiences. She is active with the Interfaith Council of Sonoma County and its Muslim support campaign, Of One Soul.

At this Wednesday's evening service, Aisha will share a little background on the beliefs and practices of Islam and some of the challenges of living as a Muslim in Sonoma County. Aisha is a resident of Rohnert Park and commutes by bike to her work as Data Specialist for Santa Rosa City Schools.

The service begins at 7 pm. Please note, we are now gathering in the North Wing, Room 10.
